In the South-East part of the target area where you will need to go to mine some BECHO Wafers you will be attacked by a giant Spiderant called 'The Dark Web'. You will be tasked with mining BECHO Wafers for Claptrap and while here you will be attacked by Spiderants.
You unlock this achievement during the side mission "Claptocurrency" that you can acquire from Claptrap in the 'Dahl Abandon area after completing the main story. This is how you can acquire all of the effervescent-quality gear for the " Painbow Connection" achievement. After defeating it, you need to save and quit the game, then load back up and run to it's lair again and go through the same activation up the elevator and inserting Eridium and you can fight it again, indefinitely.
Note you can grind Haderax as many times as you wish provided you have the Eridium to spend on each attempt. Either having powerful weapons and equipment or playing in a team of up to 4 where all players have decent equipment this boss fight should not cause any trouble. If you're playing on Normal and have a level 50+ character you should have little trouble with this, though Haderax has the ability to regenerate all of it's health and it can be very frustrating, the trick is to do massive damage in a short space of time. Once you have it, follow the linear steps and eventually you will find yourself in an arena and are tasked with killing Haderax the Invincible. After completing the main story you can find Hammerlock back in The Backburner stood in Moxxi's bar. You unlock this achievement during the side mission "A Most Cacophonous Lure". When you get this secondary objective, instead of activating the explosive, speak to Tiny Tina and she will arm the explosive for you, unlocking this achievement. After you have collected the parts for the explosive rocket and assembled them, you will get a secondary objective to allow Tiny Tina to arm the explosive instead of doing it yourself. Towards the end of the mission you are tasked with helping Tiny Tina build an explosive rocket, or sorts. You unlock this achievement during the side mission "Shooting the Moon".
This achievement will unlock after completing the opening mission of the DLC, "The Dawn of New Pandora".Īllow Tiny Tina to arm the moonshot cannon. These are a tier above Orange and will drop randomly from enemies, however the drop rate seems fairly high and you can farm the Invincible enemy that you fight for the " Spicy Boy" achievement indefinitely, which has a high drop rate for the rarer weapons making acquiring enough for this achievement relatively painless. There are 2 story related and thus unmissable achievements, " Anyway, Here's "Firewall"" and " 3 or Bust" that you will unlock while playing the main story, as well as 2 achievements for defeating certain enemies during 2 side missions.įinally there is an achievement to equip an 'effervescent-quality' piece of gear in each of your slots, except for character mods. Note there is 1 missable achievement, " Chocolate Chip Confirmed" that if you fail to unlock will require another second playthrough as it is towards the end of the story of the DLC.
